Date Lady Superfood Granola

It's so good!! Date Lady Superfood Granola Inspired by Sakara Life's Superfood Packed Granola Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 2/3 cup whole almonds 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/3 cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup 1/4 cup Date Lady Date Sugar 3 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp chia seeds 1½ Tbsp raw sunflower seeds 1½Tbsp flax meal 2 tsp cinnamon 3 Tbsp goji berries 1/4 cup dried apricots chopped 1/3 cup Date Lady Organic Dates pitted and chopped Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 275°F 2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl aside from dried fruit (apricots, goji berries, dates) Mix with spatula. 3. Line baking sheet with parchment and spread granola evenly. 4. Bake about 20-30 minutes. Once cooled, add dried fruit. Enjoy!
