Recipe: Cookie Dough
This is a fun cookie dough recipe that is a quick snack fix for hungry munchkins after a hard day of play, or for adults looking for a healthy way to satisfy a sweet tooth. Refrigerated balls will stay fresh for up to a week. There are many variations you can use with this recipe, such as mixing in nuts, fruits, or even cocoa. Enjoy!
Ingredients 3/4 cup nut butter of choice
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
Pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1. Mix flours and salt together. Add nut butter and Date Lady Pure Date Syrup to mixture and stir until nice and smooth. 2. Add chocolate chips and roll into balls. Stick balls in freezer for 30 minutes to set.
