2 large cucumbers, peeled & chopped 3-4 limes 1-2 sprigs of fresh mint 4 tablespoons of Date Lady Pure Date Syrup 6 cups of water


1. Wash, peel, and coarsely chop the cucumbers. Wash and half the limes to prepare them juicing. Remove the mint leaves from the stems. 2. In a blender, add the cucumber, juice from the limes, the mint leaves, the date syrup, and 2-3 cups of the water. Puree until smooth. Taste the mixture for desired sweetness and add more date syrup if you choose using the blender to combine. 3. Pour the mixture into a chilled pitcher, straining and removing the pulp. Use a spoon the press out all the liquid from the pulp as you strain. 4. Add the remaining water to the pitcher and give it a gentle stir. Serve in over ice and enjoy!

Take this yummy Summer beverage to the next level by using sparkling water or even some Prosecco. Simply use the 2-3 cups of water in the blender and substitute the sparkling water, etc. as the remaining liquid added to the pitcher. Cheers!
