Date Lady Energy Balls

 

 

Almost likened to oatmeal cookie dough, this recipe is one of our personal favorites. It is quick and easy - a treat that will be loved by kids and adults. As seen on Show Me St. Louis. 

 

 

Date Lady Energy Balls 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

½ cup nut butter

⅓ cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup

¼ cup ground flax seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup shaved chocolate or mini chocolate chips

 

 

Instructions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients together until well mixed.
2. Chill for 20-40 minutes.
3. Roll into 1-in balls and keep in an airtight container until ready to eat.
